All this with some encouragement from me and an easy to use app to track your workouts and view demonstrations of each exercise.

The nutrition will be tailored to you and your current position. It will guide you to your leaner self.
You can count calories or track in other ways. The choice will be up to you and what suits you best.
You will be given guidance on what to eat and when to eat it. This will help to maximise your results.
You will be told how and when to make adjustments to fit in social events and keep you progressing.
